Types of Visas for Foreigners Entering Thailand
1. Tourist Visa
Purpose: For tourism or short-term stays in Thailand.
Length of Stay: Generally 30 or 60 days (extension may be possible depending on conditions).

2.2 Non-Immigrant ED (Education Visa)
Suitable For
Studying at recognized educational institutions
Learning Thai language or long-term educational programs

Must have an official acceptance letter from the educational institution

Generally 50,000 – 100,000 THB to demonstrate financial ability to support living expenses
2.3 Non-Immigrant O (Others)

Spouses or family members of Thai nationals

Bank deposit in a Thai bank account of at least 400,000 THB, deposited in advance according to the required period before application
Or monthly income of at least 40,000 THB, with verifiable proof of income

2.4 Non-Immigrant OA / OX (Retirement Visa)
